rooftop pool helpful staff convenient location limited view musty smell
the rooftop pool offered welcome RELAXATION. it wasn't large enough for serious swimming but it suited a peaceful dip. the staff were also very helpful and kind they elevated my experience. the hotel's location was very convenient close to transportation options and local eateries.
my room did not have much of A view. it looked out onto a brick wall making it feel a bit enclosed.

the staff was friendly enough, i guess. the room was clean. it was acceptable.
my room faced a wall, like a prison cell. i asked for a room with a view, they said everything was booked, sure. great for claustrophobes.

Wonderful Stay, Highly Recommended!

The hotel had a great location near shops, restaurants, and public transport, which I definitely appreciated. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing superb customer service. I found the room very clean, spacious, and well-designed. It seemed like a home away from home. The free tuk-tuk service to the BTS and MRT station was a really nice bonus.
I found the absence of a remote control for the air conditioning unit somewhat inconvenient, as it required manual adjustments throughout the night.

perfect stay in a prime location
clean room public transportation friendly staff
the staff was helpful. my room was clean. the hotel is near public transportation. i also liked the security. they were friendly and cute. it. the breakfast was great with many options.
one minor issue was the limited supply of bottled water. it was only two bottles a day. i wish there were more for a longer stay.

the hotel features a swimming pool on the fourth floor. it looked very clean. the pool area had several loungers available . i noticed clean towels ready for use near the pool.

the hotel is near the lumphini mrt station. it is about a five-minute walk. the neighborhood seemed quiet with cafes and restaurants nearby. lumphini park is also close. it is a great spot for a morning walk.

the staff at the front desk was always happy to help. the maid on my floor did a good job. she always timed the cleaning well. i saw her be helpful to other guests also.

friendly guard tuktuk service
the room included a separate toilet and shower this was very convenient i found the complimentary tuktuk service to the saladaeng area helpful during the day a friendly security guard provided assistance at the entrance
i noticed some wear in the pool area there were some damaged spots needing repair

Comfortable Stay Close to Public Transport

The family room was big, clean, and spacious. I found two sinks, a separate shower cubicle, and a toilet. The staff provided helpful customer service . The rooftop pool was fantastic following sightseeing each day.
I did find some noise disturbances late at night. Doors banging and people talking was noticeable.

My room was modern, clean and included two large, double comfortable beds, great for my kids. The in-room fridge was also a plus and I appreciated that there was plenty of space for luggage.

The hotel has an easy access to the BTS station and there is local food within walking distance. A tuk-tuk to Sala Daeng station is available and there were nice restaurants nearby. It was convenient.

The staff were very friendly. I asked for coffee, and it was delivered immediately. the hotel had environmentally conscious practices, a refreshing sight. our room was clean. I liked the cleanliness. the tuktuk service to the mrt and bts stations was very convenient.
the room we had was right next to the pool, and it smelled strongly of chlorine, which bothered me a bit.

the breakfast service was a one-person operation, giving our family time to wake up. if that service is not to your taste, several restaurants are nearby. i appreciated the flexibility and choices available.
